Careers at Coalition
Coalition is a coworking hub for startups and small businesses in New York, Chicago, and Boston, with dedicated open desk space, private offices, and regular collaborative events.
As a MicroOffice company, Coalition leverages more than a decade of experience. Our primary goal is to be a productive space for members to grow their companies, and to be a venue for networking and learning. Every member of our team works to make this happen: from facilities professionals who help to keep our spaces in top shape, to community managers who take charge of each location, to department managers who help to coordinate efforts across all our locations.

Community Manager at CO: Energy
"Twenty years from now you will be more disappointed by the things you didn’t do than by the ones you did do. So throw off the bowlines. Sail away from the safe harbor. Catch the trade winds in your sails. Explore. Dream. Discover."
Kristin studied Marketing and International Business at The University of Dayton in Dayton, Ohio. Born and raised in Chicago. The start-up scene has taken off in Chicago, and she is very excited to be a part of the Coalition: Energy community. With no shortage of inspiration and motivation to make the world a better place, pursuit of the road less traveled will continue to serve her well in this new environment. Passions include cheering on Chicago White Sox, Blackhawks and Bulls; photography; and sailing the great lakes.
